Partnerships

Build the platform with us, not just use it.

ArchGuard is being built in partnership with the organisations that will use it. If you operate in security, emergency response, property management or technology integration — and you want to shape how this platform evolves — we should talk.

Who we work with

Six kinds of partners. One shared objective.

We are not looking for every kind of partner. We are looking for the ones where the fit is real and the value runs both ways.

Pilot customers

Organisations willing to work with us through a defined pilot.

What it looks like

  • A security company with one or two live sites willing to run their operations on ArchGuard
  • A commercial organisation willing to instrument one site or one incident workflow
  • A property manager willing to onboard a single community for a six-month evaluation

Security companies

Operational partners who want to run their business on ArchGuard.

What it looks like

  • Companies with multiple client sites and a control room
  • Companies looking to move off paper-based reporting
  • Companies that want to offer structured reporting to their clients

Technology integrators

Firms that install or integrate CCTV, alarms and access control.

What it looks like

  • CCTV installers with existing commercial clients
  • Alarm and access-control specialists
  • Firms offering security assessments and site design

Emergency service providers

Licensed medical, ambulance and fire-service providers.

What it looks like

  • Private ambulance operators
  • Hospitals with emergency departments
  • Fire-service and rescue providers

Institutional partners

Banks, schools, hospitals, hotels and property managers.

What it looks like

  • Banks with branch networks
  • Schools and universities with campus safety obligations
  • Hotel groups and healthcare facilities

Strategic and financial partners

Partners aligned with the long-term vision.

What it looks like

  • Investors interested in African technology and security
  • Advisors with experience in enterprise software or security operations
  • Organisations with complementary technology or distribution

How it works

A four-step path from first conversation to pilot.

We do not ask for commitment up front. Each step is a checkpoint — either side can stop if the fit is not there.

  1. 1

    Introduction

You describe your organisation, the problem you are trying to solve, and what you are considering. No commitment yet.

  2. 2

    Scoping conversation

A 30–60 minute call to understand your operations, what success would look like, and whether ArchGuard is a genuine fit.

  3. 3

    Defined proposal

If there is a fit, we write a short proposal: scope, timeline, what we each commit to, and what we measure.

  4. 4

    Pilot or agreement

A structured pilot or commercial agreement. Both sides retain the right to conclude at defined checkpoints.

What we ask

A real problem. Real commitment.

  • A specific operational problem you are willing to describe honestly
  • Access to the people who make operational decisions
  • Willingness to give feedback during the pilot, including negative feedback
  • Realistic expectations about what a developing platform can do

What we offer

Influence. Transparency. Delivery.

  • Direct influence over the roadmap for the capability you are piloting
  • Honest status reporting — including what is not yet working
  • A structured engagement with defined scope, checkpoints, and exit terms
  • A direct line to the founder for the duration of the pilot

Enquire

Start a partnership conversation.
