Honesty over hype
We say what works and what does not. When something is in development, we say so. When a capability is planned, we label it clearly. This is how we earn trust with serious buyers.
About
Archstrom Industries develops technology for security operations, incident management and emergency-response coordination. Our flagship platform is ArchGuard. We are at the beginning of a long-term ambition — and we are honest about that.
Mission
Our mission is to develop secure, practical software that helps organisations and communities identify risks, coordinate responses and protect lives and property. Not to sell software — to solve operational problems that matter.
Vision
Our long-term ambition is to build a company whose products serve African and international markets — starting from a real problem, validated with real customers, built to a standard that compares with any global benchmark.
How we work
We say what works and what does not. When something is in development, we say so. When a capability is planned, we label it clearly. This is how we earn trust with serious buyers.
This category of software holds sensitive information. Security is not a feature we add later — it is the shape of the architecture from the beginning.
We do not guess what customers need. We work with them, iterate in short loops, and let real feedback shape the roadmap.
We are building a Ugandan company with the intent to serve African and international markets. That requires standards of quality, security and operational discipline that match any global benchmark.
Background
A short history — from the original insight to the current focus on commercialisation.
The founder begins formalising the gap between security detection and coordinated response — informed by Uganda’s emergency-response coordination challenges.
A minimum viable product is built: residential identification, incident management, dispatch and responder coordination workflows.
The company is registered to own and develop the technology, and to pursue the broader commercial vision beyond a single product.
The platform is repositioned as ArchGuard, with a modular product structure designed to serve multiple customer categories.
Archstrom is pursuing pilots with private security companies, institutional customers and government stakeholders — expanding the platform in line with validated demand.
Founder
I started Archstrom because I saw the same problem repeatedly: security systems that detect well, but respond poorly. Cameras, alarms, guards and responders often operate in silos — the technology is there, but the coordination is not.
ArchGuard is our attempt to solve that coordination problem properly. Not with a flashy demo, but with the kind of infrastructure that a security company, a hospital or a government agency can rely on every day.
We are early. We are building carefully. And we are looking for partners who understand that serious problems deserve serious software.
Whether you are evaluating ArchGuard, considering a partnership, or simply want to understand what we are building — we are open to the conversation.
